Frantisek Sverak was born in Prague, Czech Republic in 1991. He studied photography and later graduated as a film editor in 2015 from the Film Academy of Miroslav Ondricek in Pisek.
A documentary from West Papua that Frantisek edited was exhibited in DOX Gallery of Contemporary Art in Prague. It was a cinerama-like 35 minute film originally shot on 3 cameras and was projected on 16 metres wide screen via 3 projectors.
After years of editing Frantisek still holds photography very close to his heart as it can focus ones eye on specific moments and compositions of the real life.
Even though his works are created almost entirelly in the digital realm he is heavilly influenced by the nature and landscapes from which he draws inspiration.
Apart from video and photography Frantisek also experiments with 3D graphics and music.
